- $3.5 million project - New music wing and renovations to existing Schenectady County Community College - Begley Hall Library
- Coordinated phasing of library renovations to allow for continued use during construction
- New construction of approximately 12,000 square foot addition
- State of the art acoustic construction and acoustic room design.
- Mechanical upgrades, lighting fixture replacement and a new fire suppression system
- Complete site package will include new sidewalks, paving, patios, plantings and outdoor seating
