Project Profile

• Construction of two new multi unit T-Hangar buildings: 15,000 square feet and 17,000 square feet
• New units more than doubled available private aircraft hanger space
• Construction included:
  • large civil package
  • more than 32,000 square feet of concrete foundation slab on grade concrete
  • pre-engineered building construction
• Project resulted in 20 additional hangar spaces and 5,000 square feet of hangar for flying club or aircraft maintenance facility
• BCI coordinated construction with airport security and operations
