Vice President Russell Gauthier is one of the founding members of BCI Construction and has served as Chief Estimator since the firm’s inception in 1993. In that role, he has been responsible for developing and directing the growth of the company’s estimating program. Gauthier carries out his duties with a wealth of experience in estimating, having performed extensive project estimating, project procurement, project management and business development for both residential and commercial construction.
In his time at BCI, Gauthier has worked as Chief Estimator on major projects including new construction/renovation projects for state housing authorities in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, with total project value ranges from $30-$40 million. Additional estimating projects include the $14 million Loudon House luxury condominium complex, state highway facilities in New York and Massachusetts, Ducommun Aerostructures, Inc., and Brighter Choice Charter School.
