This $6.2 million project consisted of a 40,000 square foot complete gut renovation with a 10,000 square foot addition. The 4-story building was sanctioned as a shirt factory 80 years ago, and has been transfigured into a charter school. BCI Construction created a flagship charter school and administration offices which has become a major improvement to an economically disadvantaged neighborhood. The main responsibilities of BCI were budgeting, value engineering, and construction. BCI also participated in planning and program management design, as well as engineering management.
