BCI was the concrete foundation subcontractor under J.H. Maloy, Inc. This nearly $1 million dollar project consisted of the construction of an electrical substation concrete grade beam and slab foundation (~450cy). A one-sided cast in place concrete retaining wall was also constructed (~150cy). Various concrete pier caps were formed and arranged. All construction was performed under harsh winter conditions with multiple contractors contending for space. BCI brought creative solutions to the table and ensured everyone could move forward with their individual critical path activities with little impact due to our work.
