As part of a multi-million dollar facility upgrade, BCI Construction was hired to construct a fire pump house building to house the water storage and pumps for the plants fire suppression system. Scope of work included: the construction and implementation of a 22′ deep cast-in place concrete water storage tank; CMU walls; steel bar joists and a metal deck; EPDM roofing; EIFS; and electrical and control processes.
All onsite labor worked in compliance with MSHA Part 46 regulations.
