This $3.8 million consists of the renovation of the existing locker room facilities at SUNY New Paltz which is split into two phase construction project
BCI is responsible for construction of new locker rooms & restrooms for temporary use during the construction of phase two. The work involves concrete slab demolition, underground plumbing,concrete slab placement, significant HVAC & Electrical upgrades, metal stud framing & drywall, and ceramic tile finish on walls and floors.
BCI is responsible for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing locker rooms located on two floors. The work includes selective demolition, concrete slab repairs, plumbing and electrical upgrades, HVAC upgrades, the installation of a new Packaged Air-to- Air Energy Recovery unit, metal stud framing & drywall, and ceramic tile finish on walls and floors.
